National Police Chief and Traffic Corps Head Visit Bhayangkari Bazaar to Support MSMEs
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, accompanied by Kakorlantas Polri Inspector General Wibowo and other senior officials from the National Police Headquarters, visited the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara (KBN) Bazaar 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Senayan, on Wednesday (22/7). The visit was conducted to observe the participation of the Traffic Corps Bhayangkari in the bazaar, which is part of the 74th Bhayangkari Unity Movement Day (HKG) celebrations. Wibowo stated that the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar is a strategic platform for introducing regional flagship products and strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs. ‘This bazaar provides a space for MSME actors to expand their marketing networks, introduce regional flagship products, and increase economic added value,’ he said. Wibowo noted that the presence of Bhayangkari members from across Indonesia demonstrates a shared commitment to supporting grassroots economic development through the promotion of quality local products. ‘We hope this activity can provide real benefits to the community and encourage Indonesian MSMEs to grow further,’ he added. The organisation of the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar 2026 implements the directive of the General Chairperson of Bhayangkari, Juliati Sigit Prabowo, to encourage all Bhayangkari ranks to actively empower MSMEs, improve product quality, expand market access, and foster public appreciation for domestic products. Juliati also emphasised that Bhayangkari must become a driving force in nurturing MSME actors, enabling them to adapt to the times, increase innovation, utilise digital technology in marketing, and present products that are competitive at both national and international levels. Through the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar, Bhayangkari is expected not only to serve as a companion but also as a strategic partner for MSME actors in creating a sustainable business ecosystem, opening wider market opportunities, and providing a positive impact on improving community welfare. The Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar has become an annual event that consistently receives high enthusiasm from the public. Beyond serving as a promotional platform for regional flagship products, the event is a tangible manifestation of Bhayangkari’s commitment to supporting government programmes aimed at strengthening the grassroots economy, preserving national culture, and advancing Indonesian MSMEs to reach broader markets.
