Jakarta, VIVA – National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, accompanied by the Head of the Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the National Police, Commissioner General Wibowo, and senior officers from National Police Headquarters, inspected the running of the Bhayangkari Nusantara Creation (KBN) Bazaar 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Centre (JICC) in Senayan, Jakarta, on Wednesday, 22 July 2026.
The visit was carried out to see first-hand the participation of the Bhayangkari Traffic Corps in the bazaar, which forms part of the series of events marking the 74th Bhayangkari Unity Day (HKG).
The Bhayangkari Nusantara Creation Bazaar 2026 is taking place from 21 to 25 July 2026 in Hall A, Hall B and the Cendrawasih Room of the JICC. The event is open to the public daily from 09.00 to 21.00 WIB.
Embodying the spirit of community economic empowerment, the bazaar brings together hundreds of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) players mentored by Bhayangkari, as well as participants from Bhayangkari branches of regional police forces across Indonesia. A wide range of flagship products is on display, from handicrafts and signature Nusantara culinary delights to traditional textiles that reflect Indonesia’s cultural richness.
At the Traffic Corps stand, visitors were treated to a fashion show staged by Bhayangkari members, presenting various collections of traditional textiles and MSME products. The Traffic Corps’ participation in the bazaar is led by the Chairperson of the Independent Standing Branch Board (PCBS) of Bhayangkari Traffic Corps, Sofie Wibowo.
On the occasion, Commissioner General Wibowo stated that the Bhayangkari Nusantara Creation Bazaar serves as a strategic platform to introduce outstanding regional products while strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs.
“This bazaar provides a space for MSME players to expand their marketing networks, promote outstanding regional products, and increase economic added value. We hope this event will bring tangible benefits to the public and help Indonesian MSMEs grow further,” said Wibowo.
According to him, the presence of Bhayangkari members from across Indonesia demonstrates a shared commitment to supporting the development of the people’s economy through the promotion of high-quality local products.
The staging of the Bhayangkari Nusantara Creation Bazaar 2026 is an implementation of the direction of the General Chairperson of Bhayangkari, Mrs Juliati Sigit Prabowo, who has consistently encouraged all Bhayangkari members to actively empower MSMEs, improve product quality, expand market access, and foster public appreciation for domestically made products.
The General Chairperson of Bhayangkari also emphasised that Bhayangkari must act as a driving force in mentoring MSME players so they can adapt to changing times, boost innovation, make use of digital technology in marketing, and produce goods capable of competing at both national and international level.
