National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, accompanied by Head of the Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) Polri Inspector General Wibowo and other high-ranking officials from the National Police Headquarters, visited the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara (KBN) Bazaar 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Centre (JICC) in Senayan, Jakarta, on Wednesday, 22 July 2026. The visit was conducted to observe first-hand the participation of the Traffic Corps’ Bhayangkari in the bazaar, which is part of the series of events commemorating the 74th Bhayangkari Unity Movement Day (HKG). The Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar 2026 runs from 21 to 25 July 2026 in Hall A, Hall B, and the Cendrawasih Room at JICC. The event is open to the public daily from 09.00 to 21.00 WIB. Embracing the spirit of community economic empowerment, the bazaar features hundreds of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) operators fostered by Bhayangkari and participants from Bhayangkari Regional Police units across Indonesia. A variety of superior products are on display, ranging from handicrafts and distinctive Nusantara culinary delights to wastra, or traditional fabrics, reflecting Indonesia’s cultural wealth. At the Traffic Corps stand, visitors were treated to a fashion show by Bhayangkari members showcasing various wastra collections and MSME products. The Traffic Corps’ participation in the bazaar was led by the Chairperson of the Independent Branch Management Board (PCBS) of the Traffic Corps Bhayangkari, Sofie Wibowo. On the occasion, Inspector General Wibowo stated that the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar is a strategic platform for introducing regional superior products while strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs. ‘This bazaar provides a space for MSME operators to expand their marketing networks, introduce regional superior products, and increase economic added value. We hope this activity can provide tangible benefits for the community and encourage Indonesian MSMEs to develop further,’ Wibowo said. According to him, the presence of Bhayangkari from all over Indonesia demonstrates a shared commitment to supporting the development of a people’s economy through the promotion of quality local products. The organisation of the Bhayangkari Kreasi Nusantara Bazaar 2026 is an implementation of the directive from the General Chairperson of Bhayangkari, Mrs. Juliati Sigit Prabowo, who consistently encourages all Bhayangkari ranks to actively empower MSMEs, improve product quality, expand market access, and foster public love for domestic products. The General Chairperson of Bhayangkari also emphasised that Bhayangkari must be a driving force in nurturing MSME operators to adapt to the times, increase innovation, utilise digital technology in marketing, and present products that are competitive at both national and international levels.
