An inspection was conducted by the National Police Headquarters Operations Staff (Stamaops) led by Brigadier General Auliansyah Lubis, accompanied by Major General Tri Atmodjo M., Senior Policy Coordinator at Police Headquarters, and Bogor Police Chief Senior Commissioner Wikha Ardilestanto along with senior officials from Bogor Police.

At the General Hoegeng Gadog Integrated Post, the Stamaops team reviewed the command, control, communications, and information centre (K3I) and various service facilities prepared for the public. The post features a “Middle East Aladdin” thematic concept as an innovation to serve travellers and tourists using the Puncak route.

Beyond facilities, the readiness of joint personnel from Bogor Police, traffic units, and the Mobile Police Brigade was also examined to ensure preparedness for managing traffic flow dynamics during the Eid holiday period. The delegation then proceeded to inspect the Gunung Mas Service Post in Cisarua District, where checks focused on the readiness of rest areas designed to serve as vehicle transit points when traffic engineering measures, such as one-way systems, are implemented on the Puncak route.

Bogor Police Chief Senior Commissioner Wikha Ardilestanto stated that both locations are critical junctures for managing vehicle traffic to the Puncak area, particularly during the surge in traffic volume during the Eid holiday season. He noted that both Gadog and Gunung Mas are key to managing traffic flow on the Puncak route, and that all supporting facilities and personnel are on standby to ensure the safety of travellers and tourists.

The Gunung Mas Service Post also supports the activities of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the area.
