National One-Way Still in Effect, Local One-Way in Semarang Discontinued

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has stated that the traffic engineering measure in the form of a national one-way from KM 70 Cikampek Utama Toll Gate on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road to KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate on the Batang-Semarang Toll Road is still being implemented. This policy is at the discretion of the Police to support the smooth flow of vehicles heading towards the eastern Trans Java region during the Idulfitri 1447 H/2026 homecoming period. The local one-way that was previously in effect from KM 414 Kalikangkung to KM 459 Salatiga has now been discontinued. With this discontinuation, traffic flow on the Semarang ABC to Semarang-Solo toll road sections has returned to normal and can be used by vehicles from both directions. “Since 21.00 WIB, the local one-way traffic engineering from KM 414 Kalikangkung to KM 459 Salatiga has been discontinued, considering that the traffic volume on that section has returned to normal,” said Ria in her official statement. “Meanwhile, the national one-way traffic engineering continues to be implemented from KM 70 Cikampek Utama to KM 414 Kalikangkung, and we will continue to monitor it together with the Police to ensure the smooth flow of the homecoming traffic,” Ria added. Ria further explained that adjustments to the traffic engineering are made situationally, following the dynamics on the ground.
