National Nutrition Agency Head Vows to Remove Half-Hearted Workers
The Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Sudaryono, has stated that he will remove individuals who work half-heartedly in implementing the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. This was conveyed by Sudaryono during a weekly assembly with the Heads of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) via Zoom on Saturday morning.
“Everyone can be replaced, including myself, including everyone here; everyone is replaceable. There are still millions of people out there who desire positions as P3K (Government Employees with Work Agreements) as SPPG kitchen heads,” said Sudaryono.
Sudaryono reminded the attendees that the positions of SPPG Heads can be filled by anyone, and he admitted his intention to remove those who do not work with full dedication. “Therefore, I ask that we remove people who do not have good intentions; it is time for us to clean house. We are forming a new team, and this new team must be one that truly wants to work with heart,” he remarked.
Furthermore, Sudaryono instructed that the names of SPPG heads who were absent from the weekly assembly be recorded. He has prepared warning letters for those who fail to attend these briefings. “There is no excuse for absence; warning letters will be issued. I have instructed the Head of Human Resources to issue these warnings, and subsequently, you may be subject to mutation. Do not assume that you are irreplaceable,” he concluded.
