The Chairman of DPP ASPERINDO (Indonesian Express, Postal and Logistics Services Association), Budiyanto Darmastono, has outlined the pressures on Indonesia’s logistics business due to additional fees for Cargo and Postal Security Inspection Services (JASPER/JASTER) of Rp700 per kilogram, as well as a Cargo Handling Charge (SGHA) of Rp340 per kilogram for air cargo services.
