National Internship Batch 3 Opens on 27 October: Eligibility and How to Apply
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Registration for companies for the third batch of the MagangHub National Internship programme opens tomorrow, 27 October 2026, and runs until 4 November 2026.
Some 70,000 vacancies at private companies will be available when the programme begins, offering university graduates the opportunity to gain direct work experience.
The next stages of the MagangHub programme are recruitment and nomination of participants from 5 to 11 November 2026, followed by participant selection and confirmation by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) on 12 and 13 November. Results will be announced on 13 November, and internships will begin on 16 November 2026.
Company registration is also open from 28 September to 29 October 2026. Prospective partners will be verified from 28 September to 30 October, while programme providers will be confirmed and internship vacancies published on 30 October 2026.
MagangHub eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Indonesian citizens and have a National Identity Number (NIK).
They must be recent graduates with a diploma, bachelor’s degree or professional qualification, having graduated no more than one year before the date their certificate was issued. Graduates with a professional certificate may apply within two years of the date their qualification was issued.
Applicants must have graduated from a higher education institution registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology.
How to create a SIAPkerja account
Applicants must first create a SIAPkerja account before registering for an internship. Visit account.kemnaker.go.id/register.
Enter the NIK shown on your identity card and your full name as stated on the card, then click “Next”. Provide an active email address and mobile number, and create a password that meets the security requirements.
Click “Register Now”, then enter the one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to verify your account. Once verification is complete, the SIAPkerja account is ready to use.
How to apply through MagangHub
Visit maganghub.kemnaker.go.id and make sure your SIAPkerja account is ready to use. Complete your personal details and other information accurately, and check them once more when finished.
Upload the required documents, including your identity card, degree certificate, transcript, photograph and CV. Search for the internship position you want and follow the instructions to submit your application.
