National Holidays: Samsat Services of Metro Jaya Police Closed

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Metro Jaya Police Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya) is suspending all Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (Samsat) services within its jurisdiction during the national holidays and joint leave for the Ascension of Jesus Christ. “All Samsat services in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten will be closed on 14-15 May 2026,” stated information from the official X account @tmcppoldametro, quoted in Jakarta on Thursday. According to the same information, Samsat services, whether at the Samsat Office or Mobile Samsat in Jakarta, will resume serving the public on 18 May 2026. Meanwhile, Samsat services in Bekasi Regency, Bekasi City, and Depok City in West Java, as well as in Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency, and South Tangerang in Banten, will operate on Saturday (16/5). “Services in DKI Jakarta will resume operations on Monday, 18 May 2026, while services in West Java and Banten will resume on Saturday, 16 May 2026,” the account posted.
