National Gold Bank Association Formed with BSI, Pegadaian, and Amman
The Indonesia Bullion Market Association (IBMA), a national bullion industry association, has been officially established. The inauguration took place at BSI Tower on Thursday (20/8/2026).
IBMA Chairwoman Selfie Dewiyanti explained that IBMA was formed by 11 founding companies. She said the inauguration carried the theme ‘Uniting the Industry, Shaping Indonesia Bullion Market’.
‘This means we see that the gold ecosystem here is not built by a single player, but by the entire connected supply chain, complementing each other, coordinating with one another, and sharing the same goal of strengthening the bullion ecosystem in Indonesia,’ Selfie said during the IBMA inauguration at BSI Tower, Central Jakarta, Thursday (20/8/2026).
According to her, IBMA was established as a coordination platform for national gold ecosystem players and a strategic partner to the government. In this regard, IBMA will act as a bridge between industry players and regulators, accommodating aspirations, serving as a collaboration forum, and providing input to regulators. On the other hand, regulators will be present to formulate rules and oversee the ecosystem so that the bullion sector in Indonesia continues to strengthen and remain sustainable.
The 11 founding companies span mining, financial services, refining and manufacturing, retail, and supporting sectors.
On the supervisory board, the chairman position is held by BSI President Director Anggoro Eko Cahyo, with members comprising Pegadaian President Director Damar Latri Setiawan, Amman Mineral Internasional Director Driya Amandita, UBS Gold President Director Edi Yahya, and Handi Irawan from Laku Emas.
In the management structure, IBMA is chaired by Selfie Dewiyanti, with First Deputy Chairman Nursalam from ICDX, Second Deputy Chairman David Maksud from BRINKS, Third Deputy Chairman Minarni Tahu from CMK, and Fourth Deputy Chairman Sandra Sunanto from Hartadinata Abadi. BSI Director Anton Sukarna serves as Secretary General and Kadek Eva Suputra from Pegadaian serves as Deputy Secretary. Endah Susiani from G24 serves as Treasurer and Jonathan Prayoga from SKK serves as Deputy Treasurer.
