The case has resulted in financial losses to the state. The suspects are alleged to have violated Articles 603 and 604 in conjunction with Article 20 of Law Number 1 of 2023 regarding the Criminal Code (KUHP), stated the Director of Investigation at the Jampidsus of the Attorney General’s Office, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, during a press conference at the Attorney General’s Office in South Jakarta on Wednesday (3/6/2026).

The Attorney General’s Office has not yet detailed the specific amount of state losses incurred in this case. Syarief only disclosed allegations regarding intervention in the procurement of SPPG or ‘MBG’ kitchens through foundations affiliated with the suspects, as well as price markups in the procurement of electric motorcycles, televisions, and even footwear within the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).

“The foundation receives billions of rupiah in incentives every day,” said Syarief.

“The foundation is affiliated with, among others, individuals DH, SS, and LP,” he added.

The three suspects have been detained at the Attorney General’s Office detention centre. Dadan, Sony, and Lodewyk were removed from their positions at the BGN by President Prabowo Subianto as of Tuesday (2/6).
