Nakhla Tour Expands Services, Opens Bandung Branch for West Java Pilgrims
To expand its reach and provide closer access to Umrah and Hajj travel services for the people of West Java, Nakhla Tour officially opened its newest branch office in Bandung on Monday. The office is located on Jalan Bengawan. Nakhla Tour is a travel bureau for Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages under the auspices of PT Anugerah Dwi Dutawisata. The opening ceremony was attended by a representative of the Siliwangi Regional Military Command, Colonel Arh Dodo Masdori, alongside Nakhla Tour’s President Director, Ustaz Abdul Aziz Al Owainy, and the company’s owners: Ustaz Hamdi Solah Al Bakry, Ustaz Fachri Basyarahiel, Ustaz Rizki Ahmad Baswedan, and Ustaz Adib Bahanan.
Ustaz Abdul Aziz Al Owainy stated that over six years of operation, Nakhla Tour has attracted many pilgrims from Bandung, who frequently inquired about a local office. “We were motivated to finally open in Bandung to make it easier for them to register, coordinate, and receive services,” he said. He observed that the demand for Hajj and Umrah travel in Bandung is substantial, driven by the strong religious enthusiasm of the local Muslim community.
Ustaz Abdul Aziz emphasised that serving the guests of Allah is a trust that must be fulfilled with responsibility. The Bandung branch reinforces the company’s commitment to being closer, more transparent, and professional for West Java residents wishing to perform the pilgrimages. He expressed hope that every pilgrim would not only return with a comfortable journey but also with spiritual enrichment that makes their worship more profound and meaningful.
Nakhla Tour distinguishes itself by adhering to Sunnah principles and providing guidance from scholars who are graduates of Medina, rather than standard mutawwif. This ensures pilgrims receive authentic and in-depth spiritual mentoring, from rituals to personal consultations during their stay in the Holy Land. Branch representative Alia Karenina noted that Bandung is a key economic and educational hub with immense pilgrim potential, making the expansion a strategic long-term step to enhance service quality and uphold the trust of the pilgrims.
