PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia (RANS) Tbk President Director Nagita Slavina has explained the reason for the company’s declining revenue since 2023. The downward trend occurred because the company began implementing a business diversification strategy at that time. Nagita delivered the explanation during a press conference following the company’s initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Jakarta on Friday, 10 July 2026. “So, we indeed started early business diversification at that time,” she said. The diversification was carried out to reduce the company’s dependence on the prominent names of Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina. As a consequence, the revenue contribution portion from brand ambassadors was consistently reduced from 24 per cent in 2023 to just 14 per cent in 2025. However, Nagita stated that conversely, by 2025, 51.76 per cent of Rans Entertainment’s total revenue was already contributed by non-media businesses. “So, that is indeed one of our ways of proving that these risks have been addressed in advance in our future businesses, in order to reduce dependence on myself, Raffi, and the family,” she said. In RANS’s financial reports, the company’s revenue trend has been declining from 2023 to 2025. In 2023, the company’s revenue was recorded at Rp 437.8 billion. However, the following year it slumped to Rp 410.5 billion. In 2025, RANS’s revenue fell a further 13.9 per cent to Rp 353.38 billion. Nagita added that going forward, the company will focus on developing intellectual property (IP), events, and the use of AI. RANS entered the stock exchange with capital as a creator-based media and entertainment company developing commercially valuable IP. The company entered the capital market by offering 2,525,000,000 new shares, representing 20.02 per cent of the total. The opening price was Rp 170 per share, aiming to raise Rp 429.25 billion, which will be used for organising concerts, acquiring a cosmetics company, and building the Cipungland playground.
