Nagita Slavina Brings RANS Entertainment to the Stock Exchange, Attractive for Investors?

The issuer owned by celebrities Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS), has officially conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, offering up to 2.52 billion new shares with a target of raising IDR 429.25 billion in fresh capital. The company’s post-IPO business development plans were discussed by RANS President Director Nagita Slavina and RANS President Commissioner Cyril Noerhadi in a dialogue with Shafinaz Nachiar on CNBC Indonesia’s Closing Bell programme.
