Mysticism on TV shows misleading

From Media Indonesia

Several private TV stations present programs depicting mysticism, evil spirits and magic, which can sometimes be misleading, due to the lack of religious or scientific references.

In this context, the question arises as to whether the programs are designed out of ignorance about the basic nature of such mysteries, or out of indifference, as the primary purpose is to make commercial gain. It is much to be deplored if the relevant TV management is indifferent.

I would like to offer a solution, if such shows must be aired. TV station program managers should seek the assistance of consultants with theological and scientific backgrounds to make the shows more credible, at least in the public eye.

In this way, the mysteries can be studied and presented in a more credible way, to maintain the educational role and function of the stations.
