Mysterious Jumbo Transaction Hits Hapsoro's SINI Shares
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Shares of PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (SINI) recorded a block trade at Rp5,070 per share during the first trading session on Tuesday (11/8/2026).
Based on Stockbit’s Running Trade monitoring at around 09.18–09.22 WIB, a transaction of 1.5 million lots, equivalent to 150 million shares, was recorded at Rp5,070 per share.
The transaction was executed in three separate trades of 600,000 lots, 600,000 lots, and 300,000 lots respectively.
At a transaction price of Rp5,070 per share, the total value of the trades reached approximately Rp760.5 billion.
The block trade price was also significantly below SINI’s market price, which stood at Rp7,000 per share at the time of the screenshot.
As such, the Rp5,070 price was around 27.57% lower than SINI’s price on the regular market at that time.
Meanwhile, in regular trading, SINI shares were observed at Rp7,000 per share, down 50 points (-0.71%) as of 10.58 WIB.
This block trade worth Rp760.5 billion has drawn attention given the volume of 150 million shares that changed hands in a short period. The identities of the buying and selling brokers and the nature of the transaction had not been disclosed at the time this report was published.
For context, based on the Monthly Securities Holder Registration Report ending at the end of June 2026, there are three individual beneficial owners of SINI: Limas Ananto (16.17%), Hendrikus Yulidar Putra Karim (16.99%), and Hapsoro (3.89%).
Petrosea (PTRO) is recorded as SINI’s largest shareholder with 19.88% and is an affiliated controlling shareholder. PT Autum Prima (controller) holds 16.99%, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada 7.9%, Ever Grace International (controller) 7.48%, and Batubara Development (controller) 6.2%.
