MyPertamina Rewards Customer Loyalty with Promos and Bonuses
As a form of appreciation for customers who remain loyal to the company’s products and services, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is once again presenting various loyalty programmes through the MyPertamina application. Throughout June to July 2026, customers can enjoy a range of benefits, from multiplied bonus points and cashback to special offers from several banking and digital payment partners.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the programme is part of the company’s commitment to providing added value for customers who have utilised MyPertamina’s digital services in their daily activities.
“Through the various promos we are presenting, customers not only gain ease of digital transactions but also various additional benefits in the form of cashback and bonus points. This is our effort to provide added value for customers who remain loyal to Pertamina’s products and services,” said Roberth.
One of the flagship programmes running from 3 June to 31 July 2026 is MyPertamina Extra Points for users of Pertamax Turbo and Pertamina Dex. Through this programme, customers will earn double points for every transaction of Pertamax Turbo and Pertamina Dex on weekdays. Meanwhile, on weekends, customers have the opportunity to earn triple points for transactions of these two products, as well as additional double points for transactions of other Pertamina products made through the MyPertamina app.
In addition to bonus points, Pertamina is also presenting various cashback promos through partnerships with several payment partners. BNI-MyPertamina credit card users can obtain cashback of up to Rp30,000 and an additional two times BNI Rewards Points until December 2026. Mandiri MyPertamina Card users also have the opportunity to receive a welcome bonus in the form of a MyPertamina e-voucher worth up to Rp800,000. For OVO users, cashback of up to 15,000 OVO Points is available, along with additional cashback of up to 20,000 OVO Points for customers who upgrade to the OVO Nabung service. Meanwhile, AstraPay and GoPay users can enjoy cashback of up to 10,000 AstraPoints and 10,000 GoPay Coins respectively. Specifically for GoPay users, Pertamina is also providing the opportunity to obtain a MyPertamina e-voucher worth Rp100,000 for customers with the highest transactions during the programme period.
According to Roberth, these various loyalty programmes are part of the company’s efforts to continuously improve customer experience while encouraging the use of non-cash transactions that are increasingly practical and efficient. “This programme is one of our efforts to continuously enhance customer experience through digital services that provide more benefits in every transaction. We hope the various promos presented can provide added value while encouraging the public to increasingly utilise non-cash transactions through MyPertamina,” he said.
The promo programme is valid at all Pertamina channels that have been integrated with the MyPertamina application. Customers can obtain complete information regarding the programme, terms and conditions, as well as the points redemption mechanism through the MyPertamina application or the company’s official channels.
