Mustika Ratu Named Official Make-up Partner for National Paskibraka 2026
PT Mustika Ratu Tbk has again been entrusted as the Official Make-up & Hairdo partner for the 2026 National Paskibraka. The support was provided ahead of the ceremony marking the 81st anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s independence at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Monday, 17 August 2026.
A total of 76 students from 38 provinces were inaugurated as members of the 2026 central-level Paskibraka by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka at the State Palace in Jakarta on Saturday, 15 August. They will subsequently serve in the ceremony commemorating the 81st anniversary of Indonesia’s independence.
Mustika Ratu provided support in the form of make-up, hair styling, as well as skin and hair care for the Paskibraka members throughout the preparation period. The treatments were part of efforts to maintain their appearance and comfort amid a packed training schedule.
PT Mustika Ratu Tbk Director Kusuma Ida Anjani said the company’s involvement in the Paskibraka preparations was a form of appreciation for young people who had undergone a selection and development process until being entrusted with state duties.
“For us, accompanying the National Paskibraka is not only about making them look neat and confident. It is a form of appreciation for their hard work, discipline and spirit of service to Indonesia,” said Kusuma.
According to her, the support was provided so that the Paskibraka members could carry out their duties comfortably and confidently. Mustika Ratu also considers appearance to be part of their readiness when appearing before the public.
During the preparation period, the Paskibraka members used a number of care and make-up products. For make-up, Beauty Queen Lip Cream was used as one of the finishing touches to produce a natural, fresh and elegant look. Eye make-up was also adjusted to each member’s facial character.
Skin care was a focus because some training activities took place outdoors. The use of sunscreen became part of the routine before make-up and during activities to help protect the skin from sun exposure.
For hair care, Mustika Ratu provided a range of Shampoo Bayam, Cemceman or hair oil, and hair tonic. These products were used to help maintain hair cleanliness and condition while the members underwent training and hair styling.
Ahead of the ceremony, Paskibraka members also received haircut services to ensure their hair looked neat and suited the appearance requirements for duty.
One of the 2026 National Paskibraka members from Jakarta, Latiesha Firenzie Bharata, said the make-up and hairdo activities were one of the opportunities for members to take a short break from their training routine.
“The most enjoyable part was that we could try and get to know Mustika Ratu products directly. Amid the packed training schedule, the make-up and hairdo process also became a moment to relax and enjoy time with friends,” said Latiesha.
She said the task of being a Paskibraka member required not only physical readiness, but also mental readiness, discipline and responsibility. Togetherness with other members from various regions was also an important experience during the centralised training.
For Mustika Ratu, support for the National Paskibraka is part of the company’s commitment to presenting Indonesian-made beauty and personal care products. The company hopes the support can help the Paskibraka members perform optimally when carrying out their duties at the 81st anniversary of Indonesia’s independence.
The presence of 76 students from 38 provinces also reflects the diversity of Indonesia’s young generation united through state duties. In their Paskibraka uniforms, they will stand in a single formation to carry out their mandate at the independence ceremony at the Merdeka Palace.
