Mulia hotel to open next month

JAKARTA (JP): Mulia Group, a growing diversified business group with several publicly-listed subsidiaries, will open its first five-star hotel in Senayan, Central Jakarta, next month.

The 27-floor Hotel Mulia Senayan on Jl. Asia Afrika will have 1,008 rooms, a grand ballroom, 10 meeting rooms, 11 rental business suites, an outdoor pool, jogging track and health center, the management said in a statement.

Its two restaurants and a cafe will offer Northern Italian, Chinese, Thai and Asian cuisines.

The hotel, located on a four-hectare lot next to the Senayan shooting range, will be used temporarily as the athletes village at the 19th SEA Games from Oct. 11 to Oct. 19. (bsr)
