Mudik Preparations: How to Check Your Mandiri and BCA e-Toll Balances
Motorists planning long-distance trips or Mudik via toll roads should ensure the balance on their e-toll cards is sufficient to avoid delays at toll gates. If the balance is insufficient, vehicles may be held up at toll plazas, causing queues. Checking and topping up e-toll balances such as Flazz BCA and Mandiri e-Money can currently be done easily. Users can choose from several methods, including mobile banking apps, ATMs, and retail outlets such as Indomaret and Alfamart.
- Checking Flazz BCA balance
Via the m-BCA app (NFC-enabled phone)
Open the activated m-BCA app
Enter the access code
Select Flazz on the home screen
Tap the Flazz card on the back of the phone that has NFC
Wait for the app to display the card balance
Via BCA ATM
Go to the nearest BCA ATM
Insert the Flazz BCA card into the machine slot
Wait a moment for the balance to appear on screen
Choose Done and remove the card
- Top Up via BCA Mobile App (NFC)
Open BCA Mobile, select m-BCA
Enter the access code
Select Flazz
Tap the card on the NFC area of the phone
Choose Top Up Flazz
Enter the top-up amount
Confirm the transaction and enter the m-BCA PIN
Tap the card again until the process completes
- Top Up via BCA ATM
Insert the debit BCA card into the ATM
Enter the PIN
Select Flazz then Top Up
Enter the top-up amount
Insert the Flazz card into the machine
Confirm the transaction until the receipt is printed
- Top Up at Minimarket
Visit the nearest Indomaret or Alfamart
Tell the cashier to top up Flazz BCA
Hand over the card and complete payment for the top-up amount
- Via Livin’ by Mandiri
Log in to the Livin’ by Mandiri app
Choose the e-Money menu
Select See/Update Balance
Tap the card on the NFC-enabled phone
The card balance will appear on the screen
- Via Mandiri ATM
Go to the nearest Mandiri ATM
Press Accept
Choose Mandiri e-Money
Select Balance Information
Tap the card on the available reader
The remaining balance will appear on the screen
