Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Pertamina Patra Niaga is ready to meet the energy needs of the public during the Ramadan and Idulfitri 2026 period. This was announced at a press conference of the Ramadan and Idulfitri Task Force of PT Pertamina (Persero) at the Grha Pertamina Ballroom, Jakarta, on Tuesday, 3 March.

Carrying the motto ‘Energy to Step Forward with Full Hope’, Pertamina Patra Niaga confirms readiness to serve during the mudik period with four pillars of service: energy services, a regional attention service, a promotional programme, and additional services for the public.

To ensure smooth distribution, all infrastructure has been put on standby, including 7,885 SPBU, of which 2,074 are 24-hour SPBU, and 6,777 Pertashop for fuel. For household needs, 6,662 LPG agents are available, with 6,300 of them on 24-hour standby, 757 SPBE, and 223 Agen Minyak Tanah.

On potential routes such as toll roads, tourist routes, and major cross-country corridors, Pertamina Patra Niaga has stationed 24-hour SPBU, 96 modular fuel services, and 62 Kios Pertamina Siaga across 64 locations, plus 200 standby tanker units to back up fuel supply.

Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Corporate Secretary, Roberth MV. Dumatubun, explained at the press conference that service enhancement is implemented through flexible additional-service schemes.

“We place modular units at a number of nearby points or even at SPBU locations themselves, so that when consumption rises, there is no need to wait for transit time from the terminal to the SPBU. The modular units are used as an alternative SPBU for corridors where the number of SPBU is not very large,” explained Roberth.

In addition to ensuring energy supplies, Pertamina Patra Niaga also introduced 41 Serambi MyPertamina units at rest areas, tourist routes, airports and ports, as free resting places with facilities including a prayer room, a mini clinic and medical check, kids’ corner, massage chairs, barbershop, food and drinks, money exchange services, and even skin checks and sunscreen dispensers for travellers.

“Energy to step forward with full hope reflects that Pertamina Patra Niaga brings the spirit to stop and rest, not only at SPBU to refuel, but also to stop with facilities for worship and rest,” added Roberth.

As a further service, Pertamina Patra Niaga also deploys a motorist service or Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) for BBM on congested routes, including toll roads, to assist the public in emergencies such as running out of fuel on the journey. In addition, ambulances will be stationed at Serambi MyPertamina sites, free porter services at several airports, and free towing and service-car support to help travellers.

“Not only should the body be healthy, but appearance should be glowing; the vehicle must be healthy as well. Therefore we have prepared free towing and service cars as needed to ensure vehicles are ready to continue the journey,” concluded Roberth.
