PT Morris Capital Indonesia, the controlling shareholder of PT Multi Makmur Lemindo Tbk (PIPA), has decided not to extend the Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO). According to information disclosure, PIPA management explained that PT Morris Capital Indonesia, as the controlling shareholder, has no plans to extend the MTO. Although the tender results have not met the target shareholding of 57.37% for PT Morris Capital Indonesia, PIPA management says this does not pose a significant obstacle to the company’s operations. The PIPA management explains that the rebranding is intended to reflect the direction of the business and the development of new ventures. Meanwhile the addition of KBLI is intended to broaden the scope of business activities. PIPA targets to seek shareholder approval through a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) that is planned to be held before the end of the first half of 2026. “The amount of funds and the timing of implementation are still under internal review and will be announced after obtaining regulator and internal company approval,” wrote PIPA management.
