The Minister of Housing and Residential Areas, Maruarar Sirait, has stated that micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can obtain access to financing through the Housing KUR programme, with loans under Rp 100 million available without collateral. This was announced by Maruarar during a working visit to the Polynesia Housing complex in West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), on 19 May 2026, to review the implementation of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) programme for low-income communities.

Maruarar noted that the Housing KUR programme provides significant benefits for MSMEs, particularly those operating in sectors that support housing development. “MSMEs with loans below Rp 100 million do not require collateral and will benefit from very low interest rates of only 0.5 per cent,” Maruarability stated. In addition to unsecured loans for specific amounts, Maruarar mentioned that MSMEs working as contractors or building material shop owners can also access larger financing amounts. The programme is designed to strengthen the housing development ecosystem while simultaneously driving community economic growth.

Meanwhile, Sid Herdi Kusuma, Deputy Commissioner for Fund Utilisation at the People’s Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), reported that FLPP distribution in NTB has reached 780 housing units to date. According to him, the highest distribution came from Real Estat Indonesia (REI) with 525 units, followed by APERSI with 197 units, Apernas Jaya with 29 units, Perumnas with 13 units, Himperra with 15 units, and Apernas with 1 unit. “As of 18 May 2026, the total FLPP realisation stands at 58,030 units valued at Rp 7.21 trillion. NTB currently holds the 17th position compared to other provinces in Indonesia,” explained Sid.
