MSME Bazaar Opens at Transjakarta MH Thamrin Bus Stop
Jakarta (ANTARA) — PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is hosting a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) bazaar on the second floor of the MH Thamrin bus stop in Central Jakarta, offering passengers a shopping option whilst supporting local economic empowerment.
Transjakarta’s Head of Public Relations and CSR, Ayu Wardhani, said on Tuesday that the Ramadan bazaar runs from 23 February to 15 March 2026, operating daily from 15:00 Western Indonesian Time onwards.
Several MSME stalls at the event offer a variety of culinary selections, including Dapoer JM, Gamed Street Food, Kede Dimsum by Sukabumi, Kede Sukabumi, Lalaco, and Takjil.co.
“Customers gain easy access to takjil and iftar meals, whilst local MSME operators are given a platform to grow amid the bustle of the city centre,” said Ayu.
According to her, the strategic location of the MH Thamrin bus stop allows passengers to enjoy a comfortable “ngabuburit” — the tradition of passing time before breaking the fast — without having to leave the integrated transport system.
“Transjakarta has ensured that bazaar operations have been arranged in such a way as to maintain passenger flow comfort and orderliness within the bus stop area,” Ayu said.
