MRT Jakarta Fare Only Rp 243 Today

PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) is applying a special fare of Rp 243 for customers using MRT Jakarta services on Tuesday (24/3/2026), today. The special fare is implemented to commemorate MRT Day 2026. “The implementation of this special fare is a form of appreciation to the community as well as an effort to encourage increased use of safe, comfortable, and integrated public transportation in Jakarta,” said Corporate Secretary Division Head of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Rendy Primartantyo in a press release received by Kompas.com on Tuesday (24/3/2026). The Rp 243 fare applies to trips using MRT Jakarta with payment via the MyMRTJ app. This promotion is valid only on 24 March 2026 for ticket purchases through that app with payments from specified partners, namely Kredivo, blu by BCA Digital, and GoPay. Each user can enjoy the promotion only once during the programme period. MRT Day is commemorated every 24 March as a milestone of MRT Jakarta’s operations since 2019. This commemoration serves as a reflection on MRT Jakarta’s role in supporting safe, comfortable, and sustainable urban mobility. This year, MRT Jakarta is also presenting a series of programmes running from 24 March to 24 April 2026. As the highlight of the series, MRT Jakarta will hold the MRT Day 2026 Festival open to the public on 24-25 April 2026. This commemoration series is also part of the “Melaju Menyatukan Masa Depan Kota” campaign, MRT Jakarta’s effort to connect space, community, and the city’s future. MRT Jakarta urges all customers to continue following the rules and procedures while using the service, as well as maintaining order and mutual comfort in public transportation.
