MPR Decides to Repeat Final Quiz Competition in West Kalimantan

Muzani stated that the MPR RI will announce the timing of the quiz competition as soon as possible. In addition, the MPR will collaborate with independent judges for the competition.
“First, the quiz competition at the West Kalimantan level, the final, will be repeated. At a time that will be decided as soon as possible,” said Muzani.
“Second, the judges who will judge the quiz competition will be independent judges,” he added.
He said that the MPR leadership will directly supervise the running of the competition. The MPR also conveyed thanks to the public who provided various notes following the incident involving judges from within the MPR up to the MC at the event.
“We express our thanks and appreciation to the competition participants who used their right to express views, freedom of speech, and to voice protests over their dissatisfaction. And we listen to that as a way to train them, to train them to become an example of good democracy,” he stated.
The MPR RI Chairman emphasised the ongoing evaluation of activities carried out by the institution. Views from the public will be the top priority that the MPR listens to.
“And fifth, we will continue to evaluate the improvement of MPR activities, which today we continue to hear views from the public through various media that we hear,” he added.
