Automotive consumer and transportation services company PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX) is strengthening the performance of all business lines through reinforcing operational capabilities, improving customer service, and expanding into Timor Leste to maintain growth, operational effectiveness, and sustainable long-term value creation. “Amidst ever-evolving market dynamics, our focus is ensuring every business line has an increasingly strong foundation to grow healthily and sustainably,” said MPMX Group CFO Beatrice Kartika in a written statement on Thursday. Beatrice added, “We continue to strengthen operational capabilities, maintain closeness with customers, and encourage each entity to remain adaptive and relevant to changing market needs.”

In the motorcycle distribution and retail segment, MPMulia and MPMMotor are focusing on strengthening their market position by improving unit sales quality and after-sales service, supported by operational productivity and effectiveness. The company also continues to drive sustainable profitability through a more adaptive approach to customer needs and market dynamics in each operational region. As part of its medium-term growth strategy, MPMulia views Timor Leste as a market with development potential. The expansion began in May 2025 through gradual market penetration.

In the insurance segment, MPMInsurance is prioritising strengthening business resilience through portfolio diversification and developing new sources of growth to maintain business balance amid changing market conditions. The strategy is executed through three main focuses: presenting protection solutions that better suit customer needs, including strengthening two-wheeled vehicle protection products; enhancing the company’s digital capabilities; and expanding distribution reach through various partnerships so that protection services become closer to customers’ daily activities and needs.

In the vehicle rental segment, MPMRent continues to accelerate revenue growth by targeting high-value sectors such as minerals, oil and gas, and professional services. This effort is carried out by strengthening commercial execution, simplifying sales processes, and adding sales personnel at strategic branches. In line with the trend of environmentally friendly mobility, MPMRent has begun developing green mobility solutions by providing electric vehicle-based transportation services. This initiative aims to support more efficient and sustainable corporate mobility needs, while strengthening the contribution to business growth and the company’s position in sustainability aspects.

In the used car sales business, AUKSI is continuing its measured expansion throughout this year. One of its main focuses is expanding service coverage from three locations to 15 locations by integrating MPMRent branch offices as AUKSI branches. This step is taken by considering market potential, operational readiness, and the characteristics of customer demand in each region to ensure effective and sustainable expansion. On another note, the company also continues to strengthen relationships with mass media as strategic partners in building public understanding of business developments. “The media is a strategic partner that plays an important role in building public understanding of the business world’s developments. We want to create a closer interaction space while strengthening the collaboration that has been established so far,” Beatrice concluded.
