ANTARA – Mount Semeru has erupted again, sending a pyroclastic flow three kilometres south-east towards Besuk Kobokan on Tuesday evening. The eruption lasted for more than two minutes and was captured on camera by local residents. Although it has not yet affected residential areas, the Lumajang Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is on alert for the potential of flash floods due to the continued high rainfall.
