Motorola Teases Latest Razr Foldable Phone with Book-like Design

Motorola has confirmed the arrival of the latest Razr foldable phone, which features a book-like folding design.

According to a report by Engadget on Wednesday (9/9) local time, this latest model provides a refresh to the Razr line, which has historically been identified by its vertical or clamshell folding design.

Motorola teased the new device through a short video shared on its social media accounts. The video showcases the 22-year journey of the Razr lineage, beginning with various Razr models from throughout the years and concluding with the silhouette of the newest model.

A design featuring a wider screen also appears to be a recent trend in the foldable phone market. Several devices introduced this year, such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and iPhone Duo, have also adopted wider screen ratios.

Motorola has been expanding its portfolio in the foldable segment throughout this year. In addition to introducing three Razr models with clamshell designs, Motorola also launched the Motorola Razr Fold as its first full-sized foldable phone.
