Motorcyclist in Blora Reported to Police for Driving Through Road Under Construction
A resident of Blora has gone viral after repeatedly driving through a road that was still being concreted. The resident has since been reported to the police.
As reported by detikJateng on Wednesday (25 February 2026), the motorcyclist, named Agus, was reported on charges of vandalism. Agus’s actions are said to have damaged the still-wet concrete.
“This morning, I reported the incident to the Blora Police,” explained the project manager, Hermawan Susilo, at the project site in Palon Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency, on Saturday (21 February 2026).
Hermawan showed evidence of the report, with the reference number STTLP/67/II/2026/Res Blora/Jateng. He reported the alleged criminal act of vandalism and obstruction of the road concreting work, which took place in Palon Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency, on Friday (20 February).
Hermawan said that Agus also stopped vehicles delivering materials. In addition, Agus is said to have removed warning signs.
“From my side, the work was obstructed, and the signs were, in a way, removed. (The report to the police) concerns the damage to the concrete,” he explained.
The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blora Police, AKP Zaenul Arifin, said that they had received the report. They are currently investigating the incident of a man repeatedly driving through the wet concrete road.
“We have inspected the scene and questioned the complainant and examined witnesses,” said Zaenul.
In a video circulating on social media and in WhatsApp groups, a motorcyclist is seen driving through a road that is still wet with concrete. Agus repeatedly drove through the wet concrete road.
In another clip, Agus is seen arguing with project workers. Agus questioned the transparency of the project’s budget. Agus claimed that his actions were initially intended to question the transparency of the project.
“If people say that I damaged things and so on, I don’t feel that way,” Agus explained when met at his home in Palon Village.
