The Sumantri Brojonegoro Public Library, also known as the
Kuningan Public Library, in the South Jakarta area is visited by
pupils, university students, workers and members of the
community. The library has a small collection of books. This is
probably due to the small size of the building.

The maintenance of the building is very poor, there is dirt
everywhere, the lavatory is unclean and mosquitoes and other
small insects are a nuisance. I think the library has enough
personnel to take good care of it. Why is it in such bad
condition?
