As a loyal citizen of Tangerang, Banten, I would like to
appeal to the Jakarta provincial administration about the
construction of the overpass extending from the T-junction of
Green Garden to the railroad crossing of Pesing be speedily
finished to relieve traffic congestion.

For more than a year, the construction has caused daily
traffic jams on the roads between the suspension bridge in
Cengkareng and the Indosiar building on Jl. Daan Mogot in West
Jakarta.

Strangely, the traffic police in charge are just seen
occasionally in the morning, while their presence actually
hinders the smooth flow of motor vehicles, mostly comprising
wide-bodied public transport vehicles and container trucks.

The traffic is worsened by the public transport minivans,
which will stop anywhere to pick up passengers, and unfair cops
who let certain cars pass first, which often triggers arguments.
