More Than Just a Holiday! UNM Invites Students to Explore Asia's Innovation Ecosystem via 2026 Edutrip
Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM), a Digital Business Campus, is once again introducing an international programme for students and the academic community through the Edutrip Programme Batch 3, covering Singapore and Malaysia from 2–5 November 2026. This programme serves as a golden opportunity to broaden global horizons while understanding technological developments and international work cultures within the Asian region.
Participants will not only undertake an educational journey but will also gain direct experience in exploring the global innovation ecosystems flourishing in Singapore and Malaysia. This initiative is part of UNM’s commitment to producing internationally competitive graduates. The Edutrip Programme Batch 3 offers various facilities, including airfare, land transport, hotel accommodation, meals, and international networking opportunities, with a special introductory price of IDR 6.5 million.
Arif Hidayat, UNM Vice Rector II for Non-Academic Affairs, stated that such international programmes are a strategic step for the university to strengthen the global perspectives of students and the academic community. “UNM provides the opportunity for students and the academic community to study the global innovation ecosystem, understand international work cultures, and observe the research orientation and cutting-edge technological developments currently expanding rapidly in Asia,” Arif said in a statement on Wednesday (3/6/2026).
He added that cross-border experience is essential capital for the younger generation to face an increasingly competitive and digitised global workforce. “Students must not only excel academically; they must also possess global insights, adaptability, and international networks to compete in the era of digital transformation,” he emphasised.
The Edutrip also serves as a means to strengthen international collaboration and open opportunities for academic and industrial cooperation on a global scale. Carrying the concept “Dive Into Culture”, participants are invited to directly experience culture, technology, and modern business environments.
