More post boxes needed

The Vice President and the Minister of Tourism, Post and
Telecommunications recently said that people should develop a
habit of writing letters. With respect to this, I would like to
suggest that the authorities provide more post boxes in strategic
places.

Public telephones are found everywhere. In the remotest
corners of the city phones can be found, even though many are
rarely used.

So if we are to facilitate such a hobby, sufficient post boxes
must be made available throughout the city.
