Monday Morning Traffic Congestion Reported Across Jakarta Toll Roads
Traffic across Jakarta’s toll road network was marked by congestion on Monday morning, with multiple bottleneck points identified by toll operator Jasa Marga.
As reported via Jasa Marga’s X account on Monday (23/2/2026) at 07:12 Western Indonesian Time, congestion on the Jagorawi Toll Road was recorded at several points: Gunung Putri KM 23 to Cimanggis KM 17+200, Cimanggis KM 16 to Cipayung KM 11, Cipayung KM 10 to TMII KM 04, and Kalicipinang KM 03 to Cawang KM 00.
The congestion was attributed to increased traffic volume. The queue at Gunung Putri KM 23 was specifically caused by a contraflow lane queue.
“On the Jagorawi Toll Road, exercise caution at Cibubur KM 13+400 towards Ciawi, where a lorry with a tyre malfunction is occupying lane 1 and the left hard shoulder,” Jasa Marga wrote.
Congestion was also reported on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, including at Bekasi Timur KM 18 to Tambun KM 20, and Cikarang Barat KM 28 to KM 29 towards Cikampek.
Further congestion points were identified at Bekasi Barat KM 13 to KM 12 towards Cawang, Cikunir KM 10 to Jatibening KM 06, and Jatiwaringin KM 05 to Cawang KM 00. All congestion at these points was attributed to high traffic volume.
On the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, Jasa Marga reported congestion at Bitung KM 26 towards Tomang due to a disabled colt diesel lorry with a wheel malfunction. Further congestion was recorded at Bitung KM 25 to Tangerang KM 20, Tangerang KM 19 to Kunciran KM 14, Kunciran KM 13 to Karang Tengah Barat KM 10, and Karang Tengah KM 09 to Kedoya KM 04.
The Inner City Toll Road also experienced congestion at Cawang towards Tebet and at Benda KM 32 to Cengkareng KM 31, attributed to high traffic volume.
On the JORR W2U Toll Road, congestion was reported at Ulujami KM 16 to KM 15 towards Joglo, Pondok Ranji KM 05 to Bintaro KM 02, and Jatiwarna KM 38 to Ceger KM 34.
Congestion was also recorded on the Kunciran-Cengkareng Toll Road, including at Buaran Indah KM 11 to KM 09+600 towards Benda due to road repair works in lane 1, and at Benda KM 04 to KM 02 towards Cengkareng due to traffic volume.
