The National Monument (Monas) functions as a recreation site.
It has experienced a change, especially so in the evenings.

From 9 p.m., right through the night, its condition and all
the roads around Monas are quite removed from the idea of a
recreation park.

Young women, aged 15 years to 20 years, are flaunting their
physical attributes along these roads. Some are clearly
soliciting, others pose as drink or cigarette sellers.

I have checked these women out, these young women are
ostensibly not just food and cigarette sellers; they do not shy
away from loose propositions. If they find a partner, they seek
out a hotel in the vicinity, like Kalibaru in the center of the
capital.

The problem is a challenge for the Jakarta administration.
Make Monas a refreshing and clean recreation park, or, let
people of a wanton nature soil it further.
