Moment Prabowo Joins in Celebrating Seskab Teddy's Birthday Amid Work Visit in Paris

President Prabowo Subianto joined in celebrating the 37th birthday of Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya. The moment took place during Prabowo’s working visit to Paris, France.

From a video uploaded by Prabowo’s Personal Secretary, Agung Surahman, on his Instagram account on Wednesday (15/4/2026), the birthday celebration for Teddy appears to have been held in one of the rooms.

Prabowo’s Chief of Staff, Rajif Sutirto, is seen holding the birthday cake for Teddy. Meanwhile, Teddy is standing in the room.

Prabowo is also visible in the room. They appear to be singing and clapping as the birthday cake, complete with candles, is brought into the room.

Two birthday cakes are visible in the post. The first cake reads ‘Happy Birthday Pak Seskab RI’ and the second reads ‘Joyeux Anniversaire Pak Seskab RI’ along with an image of the Eiffel Tower.

Teddy then blew out the candles and performed a traditional gesture of respect to Prabowo. Teddy also handed a piece of his birthday cake to Prabowo.

“Best wishes to Pak Seskab Teddy,” wrote Agung.

Teddy was born in Manado on 14 April 1989. He comes from a military family.

Teddy began his military career after graduating from the Military Academy. He was appointed by Prabowo as Seskab since 2024.
