Moment Prabowo Arrives in Paris, Prepares to Meet Macron

President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) Prabowo Subianto arrived in Paris, France, on Monday night at 23.50 local time, following intensive meetings with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, at the Kremlin. “After holding a meeting that lasted five hours with President Putin at the Kremlin Palace, the President immediately departed for France with a travel time of around 3.5 hours and arrived in the middle of the night in Paris,” said Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. Upon arrival in Paris, President Prabowo is scheduled to continue his strategic diplomatic agenda through a one-on-one meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, which will take place at the Élysée Palace. “Tomorrow, the President will hold a one-on-one meeting with President Macron at the Élysée Palace to discuss enhancing strategic cooperation between the two countries,” the Cabinet Secretary stated. Furthermore, the Cabinet Secretary emphasised that the meeting will not only focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation but will also serve as an important opportunity for Indonesia to convey its strategic views regarding global dynamics.
