Bareskrim Polri arrested two suspects involved in managing funds from narcotics transactions by dealer Erwin Iskandar alias Ko Erwin, namely Muhammad Rikki (25) and Priyo Handoko (33). The two suspects were arrested inside a house, but in separate locations.

Video footage of the arrests of Rikki and Priyo was uploaded to the Instagram account dittipid_narkoba_bareskrim, as seen by detikcom on Saturday (28/3/2026). At the beginning of the video, three men from the Directorate of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, dressed in civilian clothes, are seen entering a simple house.

They headed to a small room without a door on the left side of the main room. That room was the bedroom of suspect Priyo Handoko.

Priyo, wearing a black T-shirt and short jeans, did not resist when ambushed. In that room, police also found a small mineral water bottle modified by the suspect into a bong or methamphetamine smoking device.

The next footage in the video shows police arresting Rikki in a house. Rikki, wearing a white T-shirt and black trousers, is seen being escorted down from the upper floor of a semi-permanent house.

Like Priyo, Rikki did not resist when secured by officers in civilian clothes from the upper floor of his house.

Previously, the Directorate of Narcotics Crimes (Dittipidnarkoba) at Bareskrim Polri continued to develop the case of the drug network allegedly linked to dealer Ko Erwin. The latest development saw police arresting two suspects who played roles in providing accounts to hold funds from narcotics transactions.

The two suspects are Muhammad Rikki (25), the account owner, and Priyo Handoko (33), who is suspected of selling Rikki’s account to another party involved in the network, namely Andre Fernando alias ‘The Doctor’.

“From suspect Arfan’s statement, he admitted that the methamphetamine was obtained from Andre Fernando who used an account in the name of Muhammad Rikki,” said the Director of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, in his statement on Wednesday (25/3).

It is known that Andre Fernando ‘The Doctor’ is a distributor who supplied methamphetamine to Ko Erwin. Polri has issued a most wanted person status against him.

Eko said the account was used to receive payments for narcotics from Ko Erwin’s network. Based on that information, a team led by Deputy Head of Subdirectorate IV of Dittipidnarkoba at Bareskrim Polri, Commissioner Handik Zusen, and the NIC Task Force led by Commissioner Kevin Leleury conducted an investigation.

On Saturday (7/3), the team conducted an investigation in the Kapuk area, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Around 3:00 PM WIB, the team arrested Rikki at his home.
