Model Who Received Money in CSR Scandal Skips KPK Summons Again, Forced Pickup Considered

Fitri Assiddikki (FIT), a model and former expert staff member to suspect lawmaker Heri Gunawan (HG), has once again failed to comply with a summons from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The anti-graft agency is now considering forcibly bringing her in for questioning. “Investigators will consider the next steps, whether to coordinate for a future schedule or to take measures to bring her in by issuing a warrant,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK building in Kuningan, Jakarta, on Tuesday (23/6/2026). Budi stated that investigators are focused on tracing assets in the case and tracking the flow of funds. “Previously in this same case, investigators conducted a series of searches and seizures, including a significant quantity of assets, one of which was in the West Java region,” he revealed. On Monday (15/6), Fitri did not comply with a KPK summons to appear as a witness, with the agency stating there was no information on the reason for her absence. She had also been summoned previously from Tuesday (9/6) to Thursday (11/6) but failed to appear without explanation. The KPK has named Satori (ST) and Heri Gunawan (HG) as suspects. Both were members of the House of Representatives’ Commission XI at the time of the alleged offence. Satori is a NasDem Party legislator from the West Java VIII electoral district, while Heri Gunawan is a Gerindra Party legislator from West Java IV; both were re-elected to the DPR in 2024. The case allegedly arose after Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) agreed to provide social programme funds to each Commission XI member for 10 activities per year from BI and 18-24 activities from OJK. After the funds were disbursed, Satori and Heri allegedly did not use the money in accordance with regulations. The KPK has also seized a car worth Rp 1 billion from Fitri Assiddikki, which was allegedly given to her by Heri Gunawan. “From HG, FA allegedly received more than Rp 2 billion and purchased a four-wheeled vehicle worth around Rp 1 billion,” the KPK spokesperson stated, adding that the vehicle had been secured for seizure.
