Model Given Rp 2 Billion by CSR Suspect Heri Gunawan Absent from KPK Summons

A model who is also a former expert staff member of House of Representatives member and suspect in the BI-OJK CSR case, Heri Gunawan (HG), Fitri Assiddikki (FAS), has once again failed to comply with a summons from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to appear as a witness. The KPK stated there is no information yet on the reason for Fitri’s absence today.

“As of this afternoon, Ms F did not appear. We will later check whether investigators have received confirmation regarding her absence or not,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Monday (15/6/2026).

Fitri had previously been summoned by the KPK as a witness from Tuesday (9/6) to Thursday (11/6), but did not attend without explanation. Budi said investigators could summon Fitri again as a witness.

“We will check later how many times this summons has been issued. That will certainly be a consideration for investigators whether to reschedule or issue a subsequent summons,” he said.

Last week, Fitri was summoned alongside Heri Gunawan and his wife, Kartini Buchari (KB), and seven other witnesses. All the parties summoned did not appear.

The summoning of these witnesses is related to the flow of money and asset tracing in the alleged money laundering (TPPU) case involving Heri Gunawan. For context, this case occurred in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

The KPK has named Satori (ST) and Heri Gunawan (HG) as suspects. Both were members of House Commission XI at the time the case occurred.

Satori is a House member from the NasDem Party representing the West Java VIII electoral district, while Heri Gunawan is a House member from the Gerindra Party representing the West Java IV electoral district. Satori and Heri were re-elected as House members in 2024.

The case allegedly arose after Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) agreed to provide social programme funds to each member of House Commission XI for 10 activities per year from BI and 18-24 activities from OJK per year. After the funds were disbursed, Satori and Heri allegedly did not use the money in accordance with the provisions.

The KPK has also seized a car worth Rp 1 billion from Fitri Assiddikki. The car was allegedly given by Heri.

“From Mr HG, FA allegedly received more than Rp 2 billion in cash and purchased one four-wheeled vehicle worth approximately Rp 1 billion,” said the KPK Spokesperson.

“Today, investigators have secured the vehicle for seizure,” he added.
