Mobile SIM Service in Badung (27 May 2026)

Location: Damkar Dalung & Public Service Mall, Badung Regency Office

Service Hours: 08:30 WITA – Until Further Notice

Mobile SIM Service in Klungkung (27 May 2026)

Location: In front of Klungkung Regent’s Office & Nusa Penida Subdistrict Police Station

Service Hours: 08:30 WITA – Until Further Notice

Renewal Fees

Government Regulation No. 60 of 2016 on Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) sets the renewal fees as follows:

• SIM A: Rp80,000

• SIM C: Rp75,000

Renewal Requirements

Residents are advised to prepare the following documents for SIM renewal applications:

• Original and photocopy of KTP

• Original and photocopy of current SIM

• Health certificate and psychological certificate

The Mobile SIM Service only processes renewals for active SIM A (for cars) and SIM C (for motorcycles) licences. It does not cover:

• New SIM applications

• Replacement of lost SIMs

• Renewals for expired licences

If a SIM has expired, holders must apply for a new one at the Satpas office, as the Mobile SIM Service cannot process expired licences. The service aims to streamline the renewal process for active licences, with the key point being that the SIM must still be valid to use this service.
