Mobile SIM Extension Services Available in Jakarta on Sunday

The Traffic Directorate of the Jakarta Metro Police is offering mobile services for extending driving licences (SIM) on Sunday. The service is available at two locations: on Jalan Raden Mas Intan in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, and on Jalan Panjang in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. Operating hours are from 07:00 to 12:00 WIB.

The mobile SIM extension service only processes renewals for SIM A and SIM C licences that are still valid. If a licence has already expired, the holder must apply for a new SIM at a designated police office.

In accordance with Government Regulation No. 76 of 2020 on Non-Tax State Revenue applicable to the Indonesian National Police, the extension fee is Rp80,000 for a SIM A and Rp75,000 for a SIM C. Applicants are also required to pay additional costs for psychological and health tests through the Simpel Pol application.
