Mobile services launched for population administration management in Temanggung

The Temanggung Population and Civil Registration Office is implementing the ‘Jempol Sejati’ programme (short for ‘Jemput Bola Sehari Jadi dan Gratis’ or ‘Mobile Service: One Day Completion and Free’) to assist residents with population administration.

The programme includes services such as the recording and printing of electronic ID cards (KTP-el), the issuance of birth and death certificates, and the activation of Digital Population Identity. This initiative aims to make it easier for the community to manage administrative documents without the need to visit government offices in person.
