Mobile Samsat Vehicle Tax Service Available in 14 Greater Jakarta Areas on Wednesday
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police is providing mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administrative System) services across 14 areas spanning Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Greater Jakarta) on Wednesday, to make it easier for the public to pay their motor vehicle tax (PKB).
As cited from the official X account of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police's Traffic Management Centre, the 14 locations are as follows:
1. Central Jakarta at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and Lapangan Banteng from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
2. North Jakarta at the North Jakarta Samsat car park and the Italy Mall Artha Gading car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
3. West Jakarta at Citraland Mall from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
4. South Jakarta at the South Jakarta Samsat car park from 09:00-15:00 WIB and Gudang Sarinah Cikoko Pancoran from 09:00-14:00 WIB;
5. East Jakarta at the Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Central Market from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
6. Tangerang City at Cibodas Town Square and the Foodmosphere busway car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
7. Ciledug at Banjar Wijaya Modern Market Cipondoh and Metland Cyber City Cipondoh from 09:00-14:00 WIB;
8. Serpong at the Serpong Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 16:00-19:00 WIB;
9. Ciputat at the Samsat car park and the Pondok Betung Sub-district Office from 09:00-12:00 WIB;
10. Kelapa Dua at the Gtown House Square Gading premises from 08:00-14:00 WIB;
11. Bekasi City at Danau Duta Harapan from 09:00-12:00 WIB;
12. Bekasi Regency at Rubson Shophouses Lippo Cikarang from 09:00-12:00 WIB and the Samsat car park from 18:30-20:30 WIB;
13. Depok at the Samsat car park from 08:00-14:00 WIB and the Tajur Halang Sub-district Office from 09:00-12:00 WIB;
14. Cinere at the Pondok Petir Sub-district Office from 08:00-12:00 WIB.
Documents required include an identity card (KTP), vehicle ownership certificate (BPKB) and vehicle registration certificate (STNK) in original form, accompanied by photocopies.
The mobile Samsat units only handle annual vehicle tax payments, whilst registration renewal (every five years) and number plate replacement must be carried out in person at the nearest Samsat office.
