Mobile Samsat services to operate at eight locations across Greater Jakarta this Saturday

The Metro Jaya Regional Police are providing mobile One-Roof Integrated Administration System (Samsat Keliling) services to assist taxpayers in paying motor vehicle tax (PKB) across the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) regions this Saturday.

According to the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the service locations are as follows:

1. Tangerang City: Ayodhya Tangerang Apartments and Cibodas Square from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB;

2. Serpong: Samsat Serpong parking lot from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall from 13:00 to 15:00 WIB;

3. Ciledug: Samsat parking lot and Rukan Fresh Market Green Lake City Cipondoh from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB;

4. Ciputat: Samsat parking lot and Pondok Betung Village Office from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB;

5. Kelapa Dua: Pagedangan District Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB;

6. Bekasi City: West Bekasi District Office from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB;

7. Depok: Samsat parking lot and Cipayung Village Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB;

8. Cinere: Pasir Putih Village Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB.

Several requirements must be noted before paying vehicle tax, namely bringing essential documents such as the original ID card (KTP), vehicle ownership book (BPKB), and vehicle registration certificate (STNK), accompanied by photocopies.

The mobile Samsat outlets only facilitate annual motor vehicle tax payments. For five-year STNK renewals and vehicle number plate replacements, taxpayers must visit the nearest permanent Samsat office.

Additionally, it is important to continue following health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining social distancing.
