Mobile Samsat Services Remain Available in Greater Jakarta Satellite Cities

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya) continue to provide mobile Samsat (One-Stop Administration Centre) services in Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi to make it easier for residents to pay their motor vehicle tax (PKB) on Saturday.

However, mobile Samsat services in Jakarta itself are not available this Saturday, according to information posted on the X (Twitter) account of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Traffic Directorate, @tmcpoldametro.

Requirements include original identity cards (KTP), vehicle ownership certificates (BPKB) and vehicle registration certificates (STNK), along with photocopies.

Applicants must also ensure they have no outstanding vehicle tax arrears of more than one year.

The service can only process annual vehicle tax payments, whilst five-yearly registration renewals and number plate replacements must be carried out at permanent Samsat offices.

The following locations and times are available:

1. Tangerang City at Cibodas Town Square and Ayodya Apartments, Tangerang, from 09:00 to 11:30 WIB
2. Serpong at the Samsat car park from 08:00 to 11:30 WIB and ITC BSD from 13:00 to 15:00 WIB
3. Ciledug at the Samsat car park and Green Lake City from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB
4. Ciputat at the Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Sub-district Office from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB
5. Kelapa Dua at the Gtown House grounds from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB
6. Bekasi City at the West Bekasi Sub-district Office from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB
7. Depok at the Samsat car park and Cipayung Sub-district Office from 08:00 to 11:00 WIB
8. Cinere at the Pasir Putih Sub-district Office from 08:00 to 11:30 WIB.
