Mobile Samsat Services Operate in 14 Greater Jakarta Locations on Friday
The Sub-Directorate of Registration and Identification (Regident) of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police’s Traffic Directorate is providing mobile one-stop administration system (Samsat) services in 14 locations spread across Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Friday. Through the mobile Samsat units, the public can access several services, including annual vehicle registration certificate (STNK) validation and the payment of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Mandatory Road Traffic Accident Fund Contributions (SWDKLLJ).
The following are the service locations and operating hours:
Central Jakarta: Samsat car park and Lapangan Banteng, 08:00-14:00 WIB
North Jakarta: Samsat car park and Al Musyawarah Mosque courtyard, 08:00-14:00 WIB
West Jakarta: Citraland Mall, 08:00-14:00 WIB
South Jakarta: Samsat car park (09:00–15:00 WIB) and Mayor’s Office courtyard (09:00-14:00 WIB)
East Jakarta: Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Wholesale Market, 08:00-14:00 WIB
Tangerang City: Alun-alun Cibodas and Busway Foodmosphere car park, 09:00-13:00 WIB
Serpong: Samsat car park (08:00-14:00 WIB) and ITC BSD (16:00-18:00 WIB)
Ciledug: Pinang District Office and Fresh Market Green Lake City Cipondoh Complex, 09:00-14:00 WIB
Ciputat: Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Urban Village Office, 09:00-12:00 WIB
Kelapa Dua: Gtown House Square Gading Serpong courtyard, 08:00-14:00 WIB
Bekasi City: Pizza Hut Komsen Jatiasih, 09:00-11:30 WIB
Bekasi Regency: Bekasi Regional Government Office courtyard, 09:00-11:30 WIB
Depok: Samsat car park (08:00-14:00 WIB) and Tugu Urban Village Office (09:00-11:00 WIB)
Cinere: Pasir Putih Urban Village Office, 08:00-11:30 WIB.
Mobile Samsat counters only process annual PKB payments. Five-yearly vehicle tax payments and vehicle number plate replacements must be carried out directly at the nearest Samsat office.
