Mobile Samsat Services Open at 14 Locations Across Greater Jakarta to Simplify Tax Payments

Residents of Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi can now pay their annual vehicle taxes without having to visit a Samsat office. Polda Metro Jaya has opened mobile Samsat services at 14 locations across the Greater Jakarta (Jadetabek) area as of Monday, 18 May 2026.

These mobile services are specifically dedicated to annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments. The locations and operating hours are as follows:

• Central Jakarta: Central Jakarta Samsat parking lot and Lapangan Banteng, 08:00–14:00 WIB

• North Jakarta: North Jakarta Samsat parking lot and Mall Artha Gading Italian Parking, 0_8:00–14:00 WIB

• West Jakarta: Citraland Mall, 08:00–14:00 WIB

• South Jakarta: South Jakarta Samsat parking lot, 08:00–15:00 WIB and in front of the Kalibata TMPN parking area, 09:00–14:00 WIB

• East Jakarta: Samsat parking lot and Kramat Jati Wholesale Market, 08:00–14:00 WIB

• Tangerang City: Cibodas Square and Foodmosphere busway parking, 09:00–13:00 WIB

• Serpong: Serpong Samsat parking lot, 08:00–14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall, 16:00–18:00 WIB

• Ciledug: Pinang District Office and Green Village Shophouses, 09:00–14:00 WIB

• Ciputat: Samsat parking lot and Pondok Betung Village Office, 09:00–12:00 WIB

• Kelapa Dua: Gtown House Gading parking lot, 08:00–14:00 WIB

• Bekasi City: Mono Cafe Pekayon Jaya South Bekasi, 18:00–21:00 WIB and Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, 10:00–13:00 WIB

• Bekasi Regency: Cikarang Jababeka Clean Market, 09:00–12:00 WIB

• Depok: Samsat parking lot, 08:00–14:00 WIB and Bojong Gede District Office, 09:00–12:00 WIB

• Cinere: Pondok Petir Village Office, 08:00–12:00 WIB

Please note that the mobile Samsat service only handles annual motor vehicle tax payments. Five-year vehicle tax renewals and number plate replacements must still be processed directly at the nearest Samsat office.
