Mobile Samsat Services Open at 14 Locations Across Greater Jakarta on Friday
Jakarta – The Metro Jaya Police Department is providing Integrated Single Roof Administration System (Samsat) mobile services at 14 locations across Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Greater Jakarta region) on Friday to facilitate public vehicle tax payments.
According to the official X account of the Metro Jaya Police Traffic Management Centre, the 14 locations are as follows:
Central Jakarta at Samsat car park and Banteng Field, 08:00-14:00 WIB
North Jakarta at North Jakarta Samsat car park and Al Musyawarah Mosque, 08:00-14:00 WIB
West Jakarta at Citraland Mall, 08:00-14:00 WIB
South Jakarta at South Jakarta Samsat car park, 09:00-14:00 WIB and Sampoerna Strategic Building, 09:00-14:00 WIB
East Jakarta at Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Central Market, 08:00-14:00 WIB
Tangerang City at Cibodas Square and Foodmosphere busway car park, 09:00-13:00 WIB
Ciledug at Pinang District Office and Rukas Fresh Market Green Lake City Cipondoh, 09:00-12:00 WIB
Serpong at Serpong Samsat car park, 08:00-14:00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong Mall, 16:00-19:00 WIB

The mobile Samsat services only process annual vehicle tax (PKB) payments. Vehicle registration (STNK) renewals and vehicle number plate replacements must be completed in person at the nearest permanent Samsat office.
