Mobile Samsat services not open in Jakarta today, only in Detabek

Polda Metro Jaya did not open mobile Samsat services in Jakarta and Bekasi Regency today. However, services for vehicle tax (PKB) payments are available in Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi City.

The official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya @tmcpoldametro provided the following details:

1. Tangerang City: Cibodas Square and Ayodya Apartment, 9am-11am WIB

2. Serpong: Samsat Serpong parking area, 9am-11am WIB

3. Ciledug: Samsat office grounds and Fresh Market Green Lake City commercial complex, 9am-11am WIB

4. Ciputat: Samsat Ciputat parking area and Pondok Betung Village Office, 9am-11am WIB

5. Kelapa Dua: Gtown House grounds, 8am-11am WIB

6. Bekasi City: Bekasi Barat Subdistrict Office parking area, 9am-11am WIB

7. Depok: Depok Samsat parking area (8am-1pm WIB) and Cipayung Village Office (8am-11am WIB)

8. Cinere: Pasir Putih Village Office grounds, 8am-11am WIB

Residents must bring original and photocopies of the vehicle owner’s ID card (KTP), vehicle ownership certificate (BPKB), and vehicle registration certificate (STNK), with no more than one year’s outstanding vehicle tax.

These service points only handle annual vehicle tax (PKB) payments; for five-year payments or vehicle plate replacements, visit the nearest Samsat office.

Alternatively, residents can use the National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL) app to pay vehicle tax online across 33 provinces via mobile phone, with STNK documents sent to their address. However, the app is unavailable for those with over one year of tax arrears, who must still visit a Samsat office directly.
